Raising Hope returns tonight

Raising Hope 4x16 The One Where They Get HighRaising Hope is back with a new episode tonight at 9:30/8:30c. Don’t forget to watch.

And just a quick 12 Years update before I post the previews because the film has nabbed a few awards again this week. It won the NAACP Image Awards for Best Motion Picture, Directing, Writing, and Supporting Actress, and then also the Satellite Awards for Best Motion Picture and Best Director. It also scored Best Picture, Best Adapted Screenplay, and Best Supporting Actress at the Gold Derby Awards, followed by a Costume Designer Guild Award in the period film category. Congrats to all and fingers crossed for the Oscars this Sunday.

Maw Maw has found a new love, Hubert (guest star Tommy Chong), who encourages her to engage in some reckless activity. When Virginia finds herself scolding Maw Maw, she fears she’s become a lame adult and wants Burt to do more risk-taking activities with her. Jimmy and Sabrina follow suit when they find themselves spying on their own babysitter in the all-new “The One Where They Get High” episode of RAISING HOPE airing Friday, Feb. 28 (9:30-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. 12 Years a Slave wins BAFTA Awards for Best Film & Best Leading Actor

And just a reminder that the film will be available on Digital HD in a couple of days (February 18) and on DVD on March 4.
