The film had its world premiere at the 2013 Sundance Film Festival.

SYNOPSIS:

Clemens Trunschka is a professional headhunter for an auto company in Germany, a family man whose expertise has landed him a very special assignment: to secretly recruit Steve Ringer away from running his Houston oil firm to become the CEO of Trunschka’s German employer.

Once overseas, Trunschka appears to be baffled by America, and he falls under the sway of the slippery Robert Wagner, who claims to be ideally connected to help Trunschka out, but whose every notion helps destroy Trunschka’s career as well as his moral compass…
