Okay, this seems to be getting out of hand, so just a quick note to say that no, Garret will not be in this film. I ran it by him in December when this Facebook page first showed up in my Google alerts and he said he had never accepted the offer. This hasn’t changed.
Even though his name now appears on several news sites that have reported in recent months that he’d be starring in the film, along with Melissa Leo, Diane Ladd and now Wentworth Miller too apparently, Garret is still most definitely not attached.
So whoever has been trolling the Facebook page is actually correct. A screenshot, for posterity (click to enlarge):
